All performers, competitors, and instructors must register online in advance.
Please contact your school team Director for promotional Team Code
Staff will verify all performer names, and only actual performers are eligible for discounted full pass.
No refunds on performer passes. Transfers to an attendee pass or to another team member are allowed before March 15th. $20 administration fee applies after March 15th
Performers will receive a wristband and must wear it at all times, including on stage. Replacing a lost or removed wristband requires purchasing a new one at full price.
To pick up your performer pass, bring photo ID and a printout of your performer registration confirmation to the registration office. Each person must pick up their own pass
Must be submitted to DJs in the form of a USB drive
Drive is to have single track for relevant performance
Music must be presented in WAV or MP3 320kbps
For multiple performances, separate USB drive is required for each performance
For ULDC Showcase competitors, music should be submitted to the DJs as soon as check-in opens on Friday at 1pm
Performer/Competitors final call for music is start of Tech Rehearsals. 5pm Friday, 9am Saturday and Sunday in Grand West Ballroom.
Please note lower bitrate and YouTube downloaded music are compressed and missing complete audio.
DJs will not slow or speed up music. Please don’t ask

All performers must attend a tech rehearsal on the day of pre assigned performance. Grand West Ballroom 6pm Friday/Saturday/Sunday
During the tech rehearsal, artists and teams have a maximum of 2 minutes to run through their routine and play their music.
The stage manager will determine and post the performance order at the end of each day’s tech rehearsal
The stage dimensions are 32 feet by 24 feet (length x depth).
Teams/couples must arrive in the Green Room 45 minutes before the show start time
Teams/couples must be in full costume
Teams/couples must be present for stage call or they will not be allowed to perform
