What is the refund policy for pre-purchased passes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for pre-purchased passes. However, you can defer your access to next year's event, ensuring you get all the benefits. For your convenience passes can however also be transferred to another person up to 30 days prior to event. No refunds or deferrals for missed or unused passes.
- Is there a coat-check service available?
